地图奶油蛋糕 Topo Map Love Cake


I have been seeing others blogger friend making this cake.
And now is my turn, although it is a bit late, 
but i still can taste this. ha...... 
This is great and you see the color, amazing.
I use wendy in kk recipe for this cake. 


Ingredients :

250 g ........... butter
250 g .......... sugar ( i use 200 g )
5 nos .......... eggs
300 g .......... cake flour ( i use superfine flour)
1 tsp .......... baking powder
125 ml .......... evaporated milk
1 tsp .......... vanila extract
1 tsp .......... pandan paste
3 tbsp .......... cocoa powder ( 1 use 2 tbsp)

Methods :

1.     Cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

2.     Beat in egg, one by one, each additional and until well combined.

3.     Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift half of them into the batter. Beat at low speed till combined.

4.     Mix in evaporated milk until well combined.

5.     Mix in the other half of the flour and beat with low speed until well combined.

6.     Divide the batter into two portion, one mix with vanilla extract and one with pandan paste.

7.     Pre-heated the oven to 150 C and grease and line the baking pan.

8.     Shift half of the pandan / vanila better into the baking pan, sift in the cocoa powder evently on the surface.

9.     Very gently drop in half of the color and gently level it. Repeat the sifting cocoa powder.

10.     Repeat layering until finish the better, and the final layer was clean. (no need to dust the cocoa powder)

11.     Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked.
