今天这虾好好吃。好久没吃阿叁煮虾了。就这料理就可以吃很多很多的饭。
材料 :
中虾250克
阿叁膏 4汤匙(加清水150毫升稀解)
蒜蓉 1汤匙
大葱 1粒(切角)
红辣椒 1条 (切角)
青葱 1棵(切段)
调味料 :
盐 1/4茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
白糖 1汤匙
黑酱油少许(调色)
做法 :
1. 用适量阿叁膏醃虾 10 - 15分钟。
2. 把虾放入热油中炸熟。
3. 留少许油在锅里,爆香蒜蓉,然后加入阿叁膏炒匀。
4. 加入调味料,大葱,青葱和辣椒炒片刻,然后再把虾回锅炒匀。
Ingredients :
250g medium prawns, 4 tbsp asam jawa (mix well with 150ml water), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 onion (cut into wedges), 1 red chilli (sliced), 1 spring onion
Seasoning :
1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp sugar, a little thick soy sauce (for colour)
Method :
1. Marinate prawns with asam jawa paste for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. Deep-fry the prawns in hot oil. Dish out and put aside.
3. Reheat wok with 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add in remaining asam jawa paste and fry well.
4. Mix in seasoning, onion, red chilli and spring onion. Return prawns to the wok and stir-fry well.
