家乡肉饼 Homemade Meat Round
食谱 :道地家常菜 K.S. Lee
材料 :
肉碎 400克
蒜蓉 2大匙
调味料 :
胡椒粉 1小匙
马蹄碎 5粒
酱油 1 大匙
糖 1 小匙
鸡精块 1/2块
玉米粉 2大匙
做法 :
1. 将所有材料和调味料放入一深碗内,然后拍的成肉团。
2. 将肉团分成数小份,再搓成肉饼形。
3. 以中大火煎炸至熟。

Ingredients :
400g minced meat
2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings :
1 tsp pepper powder
5 pcs chopped water chestnut
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 block chicken essence
2 tbsp corn flour
Method :
1. Place all ingredients and seasonings into a deep bowl, pat to become mixture.
2. Divide the mixture into few portion and mould them into meat round shape.
3. Pan-fry over medium-high heat till cooked.
