Have been a time a didn't bake and steamed cake already.
Today i decide to made this little cake for the two kids.
This is really nice and yummy.
The texture is very fluffy.
Just love this.
Here is the recipe for your revision.
材料 Ingredients :
A :鸡蛋 2 个, 糖 60 克
Whole egg ---- 2 pcs, sugar ---- 60 g
B :芝士片 2 片, 鲜奶 60 克, 奶油 40 克
Cheese sliced ---- 2 sliced, fresh milk ---- 60 g, butter ---- 40 g
C :面粉 110 克, 发粉 1 茶匙
Flour ---- 110 g, baking powder ---- 1 tsp
D :巧克力粉 1 小匙
Chocolate powder ---- 1 tsp
做法 Methods :
1. 材料 B 用隔水的方式把芝士片,奶油和鲜奶一起煮溶。
Ingredients ( B )-- Use double boil method to melt the cheese slice, butter and milk.
2. 材料 A 用搅拌机拌打至糖溶化和蛋糊变得浓稠。
Ingredients ( A )-- Use electric mixer beat the egg and sugar until thick.
3. 筛入 C 的粉类,搅拌均匀。倒入融化的芝士和奶油。
Sift in ( C ), mix to combined. Pour in the melt cheese and butter.
4. 取 80 克的面糊加入巧克力粉拌匀。
Take 80 g of the better and add in the coco powder, mixed.
5. 把蛋糕模涂油,将巧克力面糊和原味面糊各半倒入模中。
Greese the mould, pour in the ccoco and cheese better into the mould.
6. 把蛋糕放入滚热的锅中蒸约 15 - 20 分钟或至熟即可。
Place in hot boiled water to steamed about 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked.
