前天早上煮了一锅红豆,把红豆汤倒出来做了这燕菜。
浓浓的红豆香,再放入淡奶,美味可口。
尤其在炎热的天气,吃上几块,感觉非常凉快。
材料 Ingredients :
燕菜粉一包 (Swallow Sun 牌子)Agar-agar powder 1 pack
糖 80 克 Sugar 80g
红豆水 500 毫升 Red Bean Soup 500ml
淡奶 100毫升 Evaporated milk 100ml
做法 Method :
1. 把燕菜粉倒入红豆水,再加入糖,慢火搅拌至溶化及煮滚。
Add 1 packet of Agar-agar powder and sugar to the red bean soup. Slow boil and stir until dissolve.
2. 将煮滚的红豆水,摇一汤匙倒入模里。
Pour a spoon agar-agar into the mould.
3. 接下来把淡奶倒入其余的红豆水里,慢火煮滚。
After that, pour in the evaporated milk into the rest of the agar-agar mixture and slow boil.
4. 把加了淡奶的红豆水倒入以加了1/3红豆水的模里至满。
Pour the agar-agar with evaporated milk into the mold until full.
5. 待燕菜凝固后便可脱模,放入冰箱。
When the agar-agar is cool, keep in the fridge and serve chilled.
