做法 Method:
热油镬,爆香蒜末,葱末,姜末。把其余的材料一起放入炒香。
下调味料伴炒至熟即可。
Heat wok, stir-fried garlic, shallot, ginger until fragrant. Put in the other ingredient and cook.
Pour in the seasoning and cook.
