材料 :
红萝卜 1条, 玉米 1条, 马蹄 5粒, 猪骨 400克, 红枣 6粒, 蜜枣 1粒。
盐适量。
把猪骨洗净,汆烫。所以材料放入锅内大火煮滚,转小火慢煲约 2 小时即可。
