Have been quite a long time didn't cook this dessert.
When i go to market last Sunday, see some beautiful purple sweet potato.
Buy some home. I love purple sweet potato.
I find it more sweet and fragrant from other color potato.
Just simple cook this sweet soup for dessert.
Just peel of the skin and rinse.
Cut into small pieces of your preferable size.
Boil a pot of water, add in the sweet potato.
2 pcs knotted pandan (screw pine leave) leave.
Let to boiled until the potato soft.
Add in some rock sugar.
Serve hot.
Yummy...
This simple cook is my favorite.
