佛手瓜拌炒蟹柳 Stir-fry Chayote with Crab Stick


Today i am posting a very simple and sweet vegetable.
"Chayote". Actually i love this vegetable also no matter it is soup and stir-fry.
My elder son like this very much, he say "mummy this is very sweet".



I cut the chayote into strips and the crab stick using hand tear into small strips. 
Heat wok saute garlic until fragrant then add in the chayote and stir-fry for a while. 
Add in some water and simmer until cook and soft, then lastly add in the crab stick and stir-fry. 
Season with salt and some corn starch. Ready.
