“龙须苗” ------ Can anybody tell me what is the name for this vegetable in english??
I saw this vegetable selling in the market and the malay aunty ask to buy this.
She say this is good to have it stir fry with dry prawn.
Love the crunch of the vegetable.
This is how this vegetable looks like before cooking.
Just simply stir fry with the garlic and dry prawn and some salt for seasoning.
