这是另外一半 （ 500 克 ）的蛤蜊， 之前一半用来煮汤，这一半用来炒姜丝。 这道料理也很下饭，连我家儿子也吃的津津有味。

今天在海边的摊子看到有新鲜的蛤蜊，买了1 公斤回家，RM 5.00 1 公斤 。 本来以为，没有的买，因为接近农历初一，海水涨潮。 我们到海边时真的看到海水涨得很高，把整个沙滩给淹没了。 这蛤蜊是新鲜刚从海里捞上来的。我们还看到他们泡在海里捞呢...
